About Me
I’ve been a professional Massage Therapist since 2016. After 15 years working in the corporate world, I wanted a job where I could genuinely help people and also be able to spend more time with my two young daughters and my husband.
As a very keen amateur sportswoman (hockey, tennis, golf, swimming, running), having worked in an office and had two kids, I now realise what an impact all of these things can have on your body and wellbeing. After my training, I learned more about posture, nutrition, exercise and ‘clean living’ which I am keen to impart in the hope of making people feel more alert, alive, pain-free and happy.
