About
My name is Louise Wild I'm a qualified ITEC level 4 Sports, Holistic, Pregnancy and Advanced Clinical Massage Therapist. I've been a massage therapist since 2015. I trained at the prestigious St Mary's University, Twickenham and at the JING Institute of Massage in Brighton. I work in my home treatment room in Teddington and in Vidatherapy in Church Road, Teddington.

This is a gentle form of massage that uses long strokes, kneading, deep circular movements, vibration, trigger point therapy and tapping to help relax and energize you and alleviate pain. .
Pregnancy Massage
Massage therapy during pregnancy is a wonderful complementary choice for prenatal care. It is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness.
